Stage management is often invisible work—but it’s the structure that allows everything else to succeed. On this page, you’ll find samples of the tools and systems I use to keep productions organized, efficient, and moving forward. My goal is always the same: create an environment where cast and crew feel supported enough to do their best work. As one actor put it, I’m “a neural network—we don’t even have to think because you do it all”; another described my rehearsal room as “not just a sandbox, but a playground.” I take pride in being, above all, an exceptional cat herder.
